All of our properties allow cats, fish, and birds. Restrictions apply.

Up to 2 cats allowed. $200 fee per cat. Cats must be at least 1 year of age and altered.

The Shores allows dogs up to 50bs. Breed restrictions apply. Dogs must be at least 1 year of age and altered. $300 fee per dog, and $50/month dog rent.

We’re so excited you’ve found your next home! You can complete our online application on our KRC Apartments website. Remember, you must pay the $45 application fee (per adult) and $400 pre-lease deposit in order for your application to process.

Heat and gas are included in rent at select properties. Resident is responsible for all remaining utilities, plus other allocated utility costs and billing fees.

There is a $10 utility set up fee at the time of move in, and a $4.95 monthly processing fee.
