The community offers studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom apartments across multiple properties in the Uptown Minneapolis area.

Heat and gas are included at select properties. Residents are typically responsible for electricity, internet, phone, cable, water, sewer, trash, and other allocated utility costs and processing fees. There is a $4.95 monthly processing fee.

All of our properties allow cats, fish, and birds. Restrictions apply. Up to 2 cats allowed. $200 fee per cat. Cats must be at least 1 year of age and altered. The Shores allows dogs up to 50 lbs. Breed restrictions apply. Dogs must be at least 1 year of age and altered. $300 fee per dog, and $50/month dog rent. Contact us for additional details.

Each adult applicant must complete an application and pay a $50 application fee. A $400 pre-lease deposit is due at the time of the application. Applicants must provide proof of income or other acceptable verification and meet income, credit, and rental history criteria. The pre-lease deposit may or may not be refundable depending on circumstances. Check out the full disclosure here.

Amenities vary by property but may include on-site laundry, 24/7 maintenance, controlled access, fiber-optic internet, smoke-free buildings, parking options, garages, hardwood floors, large windows, ceiling fans, and storage lockers. Contact each property to get more information about its specific amenities.

All properties are located in Uptown Minneapolis, a walkable area with restaurants, parks, lakes, retail, bike paths, and public transit access. Some buildings are located directly near Bde Maka Ska and other outdoor recreation areas.

Move-in timing depends on unit availability and application approval. Once approved and after signing the lease and paying the required deposits, move-in can be scheduled.

The properties are managed by Kleinman Realty Co. Maintenance services, including emergency maintenance, are available.
